I would like to note that I sent an email one and a half weeks ago about the complaint and return of the following prodcuts, however i have nebr recved anything back about the return.
I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following goods [#36409/ 2 swimsuits], ordered on 30th of June, received on 25th of July.
Moreover, I would like to mention a few things,
My polkadot pink swimsuit came with a defect ( part of the swimsuit is in yellow dirt). I have never worn it, and all the labels are on their places).
Also, I ordered size S for bottom, however I literally got lose L , on the labels it is size S , however when i tried it , is was literally size L on me ( i am size S in general) and the model seems like brazilian , however i got full coverage.
And as you can see , I was waiting for my delivery for almost a month, however you stated on your website that it is suppressed to be around a week of waiting.

i’ve already sent an email about this order. Unfortunately, two of the items seem to be wrong/different items. The dress looks very different than pictured: looks like a different fabric with other colors and different sewing.
That’s why I would like to ask for the return or refund options.

con la presente contesto formalmente il mio ordine #36122, effettuato in data 29/06/2026 e consegnato soltanto il 03/08/2026, nonostante abbia corrisposto un supplemento per il servizio di spedizione express.
Oltre al grave ritardo nella consegna rispetto al servizio acquistato, il prodotto ricevuto è palesemente difforme rispetto a quello pubblicizzato sul vostro sito al momento dell'acquisto.
Le fotografie e la descrizione presenti sul vostro sito hanno determinato la mia decisione di acquisto, ma il bene effettivamente consegnato presenta caratteristiche completamente diverse. Si tratta pertanto di un prodotto non conforme a quanto venduto.
Alla presente allego la documentazione fotografica che dimostra chiaramente la difformità tra il prodotto pubblicizzato e quello ricevuto.
Alla luce di quanto sopra, Vi chiedo:
- il rimborso integrale dell'importo pagato;
- il rimborso delle spese sostenute per la spedizione express, trattandosi di un servizio non reso nei tempi promessi;
- il ritiro del prodotto o, comunque, l'invio di un'etichetta di reso prepagata;
- che nessun costo di spedizione o di reso venga posto a mio carico, trattandosi di un caso di non conformità del bene.
La vostra stessa politica sui resi prevede che, in caso di prodotto difettoso, errato o non conforme alla descrizione, tutte le spese di restituzione siano sostenute da voi e che il cliente riceva il rimborso completo.
La presente costituisce altresì formale messa in mora. Vi invito pertanto ad adempiere entro e non oltre 7 (sette) giornidal ricevimento della presente, comunicandomi le modalità per il ritiro del prodotto e procedendo al rimborso integrale delle somme corrisposte.
In difetto di un vostro riscontro o di un tempestivo adempimento entro il termine sopra indicato, mi riservo di tutelare i miei diritti in ogni sede competente, anche mediante segnalazione alle Autorità competenti e agli organismi di tutela dei consumatori, nonché di intraprendere ogni ulteriore azione prevista dalla normativa vigente, con richiesta di rimborso di ogni ulteriore spesa eventualmente sostenuta.
Resto in attesa di un vostro sollecito riscontro.

Hello,
I ordered a swimsuit and a dress on June 29.
My order did not arrive until August, more than a month later, with little to no tracking updates during the delivery. The tracking also showed my parcels remaining in the same location for several weeks. There was also no indication that the dress had been shipped.
I contacted you about this issue and was told that the original dress was no longer available and that I could choose another item instead, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I never received a reply to my email about my replacement choice.
I have now received my package, but unfortunately, neither item is what I ordered. The swimsuit is completely different from the one I purchased, and the dress I received is neither the original dress I ordered nor the replacement dress I had chosen.
I would therefore like to request a refund, please. I am happy to return both items, and neither has been worn.

All'apertura della confezione ho riscontrato una situazione inaccettabile: l'etichetta interna risulta chiaramente strappata e il tessuto presenta diversi fili tirati. L'articolo inviato ha tutta l'aria di essere un prodotto reso da un altro cliente in condizioni compromesse e rimesso in vendita senza alcun controllo qualità.
Trattandosi di un regalo, non posso accettare un prodotto in queste condizioni.

Il prodotto arrivato non corrisponde alle foto. Le perline sono nere invece che marroni e in numero diverso da quello mostrato in immagine. Le sfumature blu/azzurro sono molto più estese e accese rispetto alla foto prodotto, cambiando completamente l'equilibrio dei colori del disegno originale. Qualità del tessuto buona, ma la difformità rispetto alle immagini ufficiali è evidente. Consegna lenta (oltre un mese). Non consiglio l'acquisto.

The bikini that arrived is completely different to the one I ordered. Wrong colour, stripes are sideways instead of vertical, and in a terry-towel cloth material - which is not at all what the bikini I ordered looks like. Cheap quality too. It's still kinda cute, so I'm going to keep it (and because it seems like such a hassle to return it), but I won't be purchasing from here again and I don't recommend anyone else to do so!
